The summer Olympics is the most awaited event for all athletes who want to demonstrate their skills in each discipline. Jeu de Paume
This game literally means “game of the palm”, and was an official Olympic game in London 1908 only once. It is also called Real Tennis or Court Tennis.
Very similar to hockey, Lacrosse was included in the Olympic program in San Luis 1904 and London 1908. It reappeared as an exhibition in Amsterdam 1928 and Los Angeles 1932. It is very popular on the USA east coast and it is originally from the native Americans.
This is a very popular historic sport from the north of Spain that was included in the program in Barcelona 1992. But as it was only practiced in the Spanish Basque Country, the sport was excluded from the games after 1992.
This famous horse sport played with hammers had its place among the official sports in the Olympics Games of 1900, 1908, 1920, 1924, 1936, that finally was also excluded.

Everyone is familiar with the tug of war game. Two teams pull a rope which they have to attract with their own strength to their side. This game was an Olympic sport in the first years of the modern games, in the editions from 1900 to 1920. 120 years later it was again selected among other sports to be included in the Tokyo 2020 games. But the request was finally declined.
Water Motor sports
Also called Powerboating or Motor Boating, this sport was included only once in the London 1908 Olympics, where the English team triumphed. They were practiced in three categories: 8 meters, 60-foot, and open class.
